A taste of the menu
Evenings run slower here than the days. Bread and Pepe Saya butter on the table, a glass of Taittinger while you read the menu, then the French classics Bitton has been cooking for 25 years. Escargots in garlic butter. A double baked Gruyère souffle. Spanner crab with celeriac remoulade and apple. Steak frites, duck breast with orange jus, John Dory on a white bean cassoulet. Then cheese before dessert, or both.
